Goals: To be 143lbs (putting me 4lbs. below what I weighed in 1998) and absolutely ripped in October

You know, I figured what the heck? Just get back in shape 'cause you'll feel better about everything. It's been 3 days since becoming a Team Beach Body Coach and I'm super motivated and pump to be finally holding myself accountable for my health. No more excuses like I'm too busy, or I just don't have enough time in my life. I want the body and health and I want to get back to what my inner self has been screaming at me to do: compete in sports and athletics. At my age there really is nothing more to prove to my peers or the younger generation out there. There really is nothing to prove physically, unless it's to myself. I'll post another photo at 30days, and another the first week of October... and what you see is what I have...
