Favorite recipe from my Aunty Michele
Ingredients:
spaghetti sause
ground beef
lasagna noodles
3 cheeses (mozzarella, Parmesan, cottage cheese, cheddar, etc)
Optional - spinach or other veggies
Make your spaghetti sause w/ the ground beef (and veggies). Layer - sauce, noodles, sauce, 3 cheeses, noodles, sauce, 3 cheese, etc. Cover with foil and let chill for several hours. Bake at 350* with foil on top for 45 minutes. Turn off the oven. Take off the foil but let the pan sit in the oven for 15 minutes. You can leave the oven door open a crack.
Note: best if made that morning or the night before.
