Toilet Paper Blocks

To save money and time, we buy a huge box of toilet paper from Costco or Sam's Club. Before putting the toilet paper away in the cupboards I let our children play with it. We see how high a tower we can build, make walls, and build forts. The kids also love to knock them down our creations, especially the youngest ones. Then everyone helps me put them away. This time when we were putting the toilet paper away, Rudy showed me his "elephant ears" and then taught Zaya. I couldn't help but laugh. When our children play with "simple" toys, they get really, really creative.
