Dealing With Stress
There is an unlimited amount of stress in this world. In a world where everything is delivered to us in Megabytes per second and celebrity gossip or the next cool thing can permeate through the internet like a 3-year old pooping in a jacuzzi, stress is there working slowly. As a father and husband, stress is an everyday part of my life: work is stressful, family can be stressful, not getting what you want in life can be stressful. However, stress can be just as much good as it is bad. I'm sure if it was always bad, life would suck and I would not be here doing what I am doing now. Stress can be good, the way adrenaline is like a shot of excitement from a near death experience. Once conquered, only the feelings of relief and gratitude remain. Fathers and husbands that read should feel free to comment and share their feelings and experiences about stress and dealing with stress in everyday life.
